Delete your account
You can close your voiceCraftee account at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
- Open voiceCraftee and go to Profile.
- Tap Close account.
- Tap Close my account to confirm.
You're signed out on every device at once.
Without the app
Email support@voicecraftee.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We close the account and reply to confirm. We can only act on a request from the account's own address.
What's deleted, and when
Your account is permanently deleted 30 days after you close it. Signing in again within those 30 days brings everything back.
After 30 days we delete, for good:
- your account: email address, name and password
- your documents and everything you imported
- the audio made for you, your listening history and your settings
- your own voice, if you made one: the voice at Google and your recordings
- your voice translations (Google discards a copied voice within 7 days in any case)
- your writing in Explore's Community: it leaves Explore and every listener's shelf
